We are so confident of our ability to find excellent properties for owners and tenants for properties that we have a rent guarantee to cover the first year’s rent including the Letting Fee!
Owners' Insurance
John C. Boyle also provide comprehensive cover for buildings, contents, or limited contents (in the unlikely case that a property should be let unfurnished).
Should you prefer to arrange your own insurance, we will of course need to see a copy of the policy to ensure that the tenants’ interests are protected.
Tenants Insurance
Buildings insurance and owners contents cover is included in the rental fee; however, tenants do need to ensure they have additional contents insurance to cover their own property and valuables.
