John C Boyle, Managing Director


Since establishing his Residential Letting Company in August 1984 after completing a Degree in Business Economics, John has measured his success through the countless lasting friendships he has forged with landlords and tenants alike.
A committed family man, he takes great pride in the personal level of service his company offers to all clients in order to ensure they’re never less than delighted.
“I treat every flat as if it was my own, and every client as a friend,” says John.

Married to John since 1991 and joining him in the business in 1995, Lynda is literally married to the concept of creating a successful family firm. A qualified Chartered Accountant since 1993, Lynda ensures the financial side of John C Boyle Property Management runs like clockwork. Lynda says “John and I are committed to providing a quality professional service to both clients and tenants alike and have worked hard to maintain this high standard over many years."

 

Andrew Paddison, Marketing Manager


After working for some of Scotland’s top universities for 15 years, Andrew recently joined the John C Boyle family to ensure that its marketing strategy is second to none.
A member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Andrew brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this crucial role.
“It’s such a friendly office, yet everyone is so professional – and happy customers are the greatest marketing tool of all,” says Andrew.

 

Carol Brown, Office Manager


A familiar and friendly face in the John C Boyle offices for 13 years, Carol can be relied on to organise any repairs with efficiency . . . and a smile.
John C Boyle was the first company she worked for after taking time off to raise her two children.
“I love it here,” Carol says, “and I must have made hundreds of friends. We treat people the way we’d like to be treated ourselves.”

 

Janette Gardner, Lettings Administrator


A relative newcomer to the John C Boyle team, Janette spent 20 years in customer service roles before moving to the property management firm’s smart offices in Shawlands, Glasgow.
Janette co-ordinates the ins and outs of the fast-growing lettings business and helps everything run like clockwork.
“Every day is different,” Janette says, “but the focus is always on ensuring our clients are happy. And they are!”
