Rent Guarantee

At John C Boyle we are so confident of our ability to find excellent properties for owners and suitable tenants for their flats and homes that we offer all landlords a free rent guarantee to cover the first year with us – and this is included in the Letting Fee!
 
Owners' Insurance
John C. Boyle also provide comprehensive insurance cover for buildings, contents or limited contents.
Should you prefer to arrange your own insurance, that's fine.
However, we would like to see a copy of the policy to confirm that the policy is providing the right sort of cover.
 
Tenants’ Insurance
Tenants  need to ensure they have contents insurance to cover their own property and valuables.
