Insurance
Buildings insurance and owners contents cover is included in the rental fee; however, tenants do need to ensure they have additional contents insurance to cover their own property and valuables.

John C. Boyle has relationships with a number of vetted tradesmen and trusted contractors who undertake ongoing maintenance and repairs.
In order to avoid unnecessary emergency call-outs, we would ask that you report any suspected problems (e.g. shrinking kitchen and bathroom seals, leaking radiator) as soon as you notice them rather than waiting until the situation becomes critical.
All John C. Boyle tenants receive a list of emergency numbers and a code to quote to contractors.
